Dave's Hot Chicken was born in a small kitchen in Los Angeles, born from a recipe passed down through generations. What began as a weekend pop-up for friends and family quickly became the talk of the neighborhood.
We obsess over every step — from sourcing antibiotic-free chicken to hand-mixing our proprietary spice blend. Every piece is brined, dredged in our secret flour, and fried to perfection. No shortcuts. No compromises.
